The public comment period is now open for draft rules for Hospital Level of Care Designations for Maternal Care and Centers of Excellence for Fetal Diagnosis and Therapy.

Comments will be accepted for 35 days following publication of this proposal in the Texas Register.

To be considered, comments must be submitted no later than 35 days after the date of this issue of the Texas Register. The last day to submit comments falls on Friday, December 22, 2107; therefore, comments must be: (1) postmarked or shipped before the last day of the comment period; or (2) faxed or emailed by midnight on the last day of the comment period.

PUBLIC HEARING
