DSHS to Host Stakeholder Meetings on 2020-2021 Budget

On Monday, June 11, the Department of State Health Services will host an opportunity for stakeholders to comment on the upcoming legislative appropriations request (LAR). While there is no guarantee that legislators will appropriate the items included in an LAR, it is used as a guide for lawmakers and is considered to be the funding priorities of each state agency.

The department will host a meeting in Austin, as well as video conference sites around the state.
