Any time before the scheduled designation survey, a hospital facility seeking Level III or Level IV trauma designation or Level IV Acute Stroke Ready designation can request a consultation survey.
Our affordable consultation provides recommendations for improvement and identify potential deficiencies that can be improved before a designation survey. Fewer contingency surveys are scheduled as a result of the consultations prior to a designation survey.
